We process personal data to provide and improve the Aiqaramba service (contract performance, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), and for our legitimate interests in platform security and analytics (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not sell personal data.
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. Agent run data (screenshots, logs) is retained for 90 days unless you request earlier deletion. Payment records are kept as required by Belgian tax law.
We use Google Cloud Platform (EU region) for hosting, Stripe for payments, and Vertex AI for agent intelligence. A full list of sub-processors is available on request.
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@alex-ai.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (GBA).
All data is processed within the EU/EEA. Where transfers outside the EEA are necessary (e.g. support tools), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
The Aiqaramba website uses only strictly necessary cookies (session authentication). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on the marketing site.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. The latest version is always available at this URL.
